Datalab PANTHEON - Payroll Accounting

Payroll accounting in PANTHEON is very versatile, allowing different company types, employment relationships, basic and additional payments and the related taxes.

Another advantage is that making payroll is simple and data needs to be entered only once - at the beginning. Data is read from the Employee Files, Employment Positions and other related master data. Attendance, absence, credits, insurance premiums, etc. along with appropriate earnings types are retrieved automatically.

Payroll accounting can be used to print all legally required forms (varies from country to country) and other reports.

The actual payments can be created directly from payroll accounting. Salaries and wages are automatically posted into the general ledger.

Access to personal information can be restriced using the authorization system.
