Datalab PANTHEON - Personnel

Human resource management was given special attention in PANTHEON, as it is often neglected in business software. Its core are the Employee Files. Data about all employees, present or past, full or part time, are gathered here. Every employee has his own "file" containing personal details, family members, past employment, length of service, education, vacation, attendance, medical examinations, etc.

Probably the most important section of the Employee Files is the one covering pay. It supports working hours, pension insurance, trade union membership, etc., which are used elsewhere in the application as well.

PANTHEON also has a module for job vacancies and employment. Applicants can be saved for future vacancies. The winning applicant is chosen based on interview ratings and his particulars can be copied directly to the Employee Files.

Personal data can be protected by restricting access with authorisations.
