Datalab Training Partners (DTPs) expand the reach of the Datalab Academy by providing quality PANTHEON training in the whole region. DTPs provide their services only through Datalab Certified Training Professionals, who have  the  required specialist skills in specific fields as well as soft skills for teaching.

Training and certification of PANTHEON users is the same with all DTPs - they all use the same curricula and course materials, which were prepared by Datalab's support professionals and product managers and reviewd by certified users or partners. Training and certification rates are the same for all users in all countries. Users can view schedules and rates at the Datalab Academy portal or the website of each DTP.

Training and certification quality is measured with uniform indicators. All DPAs have to keep a user satisfaction index of at least 3.5 (from 1 for appalling worst and 5 for excellent). DPAs also have to pass an audit by Datalab, which is performed once per year. It ensures the proper quality of services and checks for appropriate course materials and training programs.
